THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Fee Earner (NQ - 2 Years PQE) to
join our Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work
alongside experienced solicitors, gain exposure to a broad range of commercial
property matters, and develop your career through high-quality work, training,
and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial property matters, with
appropriate supervision.
- Attend client meetings, take instructions, and provide
clear, practical legal advice.
- Draft, review, and progress legal documentation and
correspondence.
- Support complex commercial property transactions from
instruction through to completion.
- Maintain high standards of client care and ensure matters
are progressed efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other third
parties throughout transactions.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and
regulatory requirements
This role can be based at either our Knaresborough or Grimsby offices on a hybrid basis.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 0-2 years PQE with experience in commercial property matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and
procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage
competing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional
development.
- Experience using legal case management systems and Microsoft
Office applications.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering
excellent client service.
