Summary of Role:
Processing high levels of
Quotes and Orders accurately, as well as dealing with a variety of customer
queries and admin, mainly through email but also via phone and online. Showing
attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to
work on your own as well as working within a small, friendly customer service
team.
